Beyond Appliances, a fresh player in the smart kitchen appliance market, has successfully raised $2 million in its seed funding round. The round was led by Fireside Venture Investment Fund III, with additional backing from Dharana Capital and several high-profile angel investors.
Investors Back a Smart Kitchen Revolution
The seed round has attracted significant interest from investors, including Shezan Bhojani, founder of Design Cafe; Saurabh Jain and Ramakant Sharma, co-founders of Livspace; and Chandru Kalro, former CEO of TTK Prestige. Their involvement speaks volumes about the potential they see in the company’s innovative approach to kitchen technology.
The funding will primarily be used to enhance Beyond Appliances’ technology development and scale up its manufacturing capabilities, setting the stage for the brand’s growth in the smart kitchen appliance sector.

One standout is its Android-powered chimney, featuring a 7-inch display that serves as both a kitchen management system and an entertainment hub. Users can access OTT apps, play music, and even set reminders or create grocery lists—all through integrated apps like Zepto and Blinkit.
In addition to the Android-powered chimney, the company offers a range of other smart kitchen gadgets, including:
- Smart Hobs: Equipped with digital timers and advanced safety features like Flame Failure Detection (FFD).

The brand’s products are currently available on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, as well as in select retail stores across Bangalore.
Patent-Pending Technology and Future Plans

The company plans to expand its portfolio with eight new innovations within existing categories. In the longer term, it aims to venture into new product segments, continuing its mission to reshape the kitchen appliance landscape with smart, connected technology.
