Beyond Appliances, a fresh player in the smart kitchen appliance market, has successfully raised $2 million in its seed funding round. The round was led by Fireside Venture Investment Fund III, with additional backing from Dharana Capital and several high-profile angel investors.

The seed round has attracted significant interest from investors, including Shezan Bhojani, founder of Design Cafe; Saurabh Jain and Ramakant Sharma, co-founders of Livspace; and Chandru Kalro, former CEO of TTK Prestige. Their involvement speaks volumes about the potential they see in the company’s innovative approach to kitchen technology.

The funding will primarily be used to enhance Beyond Appliances’ technology development and scale up its manufacturing capabilities, setting the stage for the brand’s growth in the smart kitchen appliance sector.

Groundbreaking Products and Smart Innovation

Beyond Appliances, founded in 2024 by Eshwar K Vikas and Rakesh Patil, has already made waves with its cutting-edge products. One standout is its Android-powered chimney, featuring a 7-inch display that serves as both a kitchen management system and an entertainment hub. Users can access OTT apps, play music, and even set reminders or create grocery lists—all through integrated apps like Zepto and Blinkit.

In addition to the Android-powered chimney, the company offers a range of other smart kitchen gadgets, including:

  • Smart Hobs: Equipped with digital timers and advanced safety features like Flame Failure Detection (FFD).
  • Whistle Counters: A unique safety feature to ensure cooking is done precisely and safely.

The brand’s products are currently available on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, as well as in select retail stores across Bangalore.

Patent-Pending Technology and Future Plans

Beyond Appliances has already filed multiple patents for its innovative designs, solidifying its position as a tech-forward brand in the kitchen appliance industry.
